About The Position

The Store Manager at REI Co-op is responsible for driving the daily operations of a retail store with sales volume ranging from $5 to $30 million. Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail store management experience (preferred).
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships, both inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve short and long-term retail plans.

• Monitor inventory levels, facilities, and other assets.
