Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Act as a leader by setting clear goals and holding team members accountable.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure stock is rotated and full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations offering hot food.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including the coffee station and food service area.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and assist with food service operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
