About The Position

Family Dollar is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving business results, leading store associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing store assets while fostering community partnerships.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent experience preferred
• Retail management experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
