In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the store team while ensuring adherence to all HR policies and procedures. You will actively collaborate with peers to drive district team performance and ensure compliance with store policies. Your leadership will create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing team performance, and providing feedback. You will also manage inventory processes, coordinate associate training, and handle customer service issues effectively.   • Associates degree in a related field and three years of retail management experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
