About The Position

A Dollar Tree Store Manager directs all daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and team leadership, to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional customer service. They are responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment while implementing corporate merchandising directions. Dollar Tree +3 Key Responsibilities Operations & Merchandising: Oversee daily opening/closing, implement merchandising plans (planograms), manage inventory levels, and ensure high cleanliness standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates and Assistant Managers (ASMs) to build a high-performing team. Financial Performance: Drive sales, control expenses, achieve profit goals, and perform cash handling audits. Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment, ensure friendly service, and resolve customer issues. Asset Protection: Ensure compliance with company policies to secure company assets, including inventory and cash. Leadership: Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate teams. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, bend, and lift merchandise (often up to 50 lbs).
