About The Position

As a Store Manager, you will lead and develop the store team to meet sales and service goals. You will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management. Ensuring the store is clean, safe, and follows company standards is a key responsibility. You will also manage payroll, expenses, and profitability while delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus).
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
