About The Position
CEFCO Convenience Stores is now hiring Store Managers to join the team! As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash/inventory shortages), and shrinkage. You will also handle daily paperwork and computer entries, and become a merchandiser extraordinaire by ensuring shelves are stocked, attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and train all store personnel, motivate and encourage employees, provide coaching and development to prepare team members for future career opportunities, and ensure performance standards are maintained.
