We are currently seeking a dynamic Store Leader whose ambition is to build the year over year business and the local client base in order to take market share away from our competitors and to maximize our P+L. The Leader we are seeking will also have a successful track record in acquiring and developing talent. We expect each of our Store Leaders to create an environment where the team looks forward to coming to work and enjoys the relationships and trust they have developed with their colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust business strategy touching upon People, Product, and Planet utilizing a 'people centric' approach and an 'empathetic' leadership style.
  • Act as a head coach to ensure every team member believes in themselves and can achieve their full potential.
  • Recruit excellent candidates and create a positive work environment prioritizing retention.
  • Develop team members and proactively monitor overall performance.
  • Hold team accountable for delivering results.
  • Act as the ambassador for clienteling, building sales, and wardrobing clients.
  • Achieve all KPI targets including conversion, UPT, average basket, appointment sales, and inventory shortage results.
  • Execute and get results with the clienteling program.
  • Be fully versed in both the front and back of the house operations.
  • Develop effective relationships with all Corporate partners.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of prior supervisory experience preferably in luxury retail management.
  • Versed in Human Resources and People Development.
  • Solid Leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid analytical skills.
