Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Proficient in operating a POS system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Recruit, train, manage, and provide direction and development to your team.
• Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm and offer fashion-related tips and advice.
