About The Position
We are seeking a high-performing, dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at Waxberg's Walk Shoppe in Niles, IL. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service for which Waxberg's is known. The manager needs to embody and uphold our corporate standards while leading the team and working with the corporate office to ensure a seamless internal culture that exudes onto the selling floor.
