About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure efficient operational processes.
• Foster accountability for individual and store performance through real-time feedback and guidance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, focusing on succession planning and internal mobility.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to address performance issues and policy violations.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
