About The Position

The Store Manager at Petsense is responsible for overseeing all operational and associate aspects of a specialty retail pet store. This role focuses on driving sales results through effective sales techniques, building a strong team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Store Manager promotes a safe and productive work environment while training team members on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years retail leadership experience is required.
• Experience in profit/loss management, scheduling, shrink control, payroll management, staffing, hiring, supervising, and counseling is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
