As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success. As an Associate, you will be required to uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics in order to comply with all Company Policies. Additionally, we require our Associates to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Associates alike, in an open-kitchen environment where you regularly encounter and interact with individuals of all ages, including minors and seniors.
