The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kiosk, ensuring the store is fully staffed, operationally prepared, and set up for success – regardless of whether they are physically present in the store. This role involves managing anywhere from 6-9 retail employees. This full-time position requires strong ownership, flexibility, and accountability. Store Managers must be able to seamlessly shift between leading as a manager and executing as a hands-on associate when needed, while consistently representing the brand at the highest level. Success in this role means stores are consistently staffed, operationally sound, and customer-ready, with engaged, well-trained teams performing to expectations. Scheduling gaps should be proactively solved without disruption, and the manager should demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for store performance, regularly speaking to successes and opportunities with a true business owner mindset.
