About The Position

The Store Manager at Family Dollar is responsible for leading and managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and developing a strong team of associates. Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent experience preferred
• Retail management experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
