About The Position
As the Store Manager at Kay Jewelers, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team member development. You will oversee the selection and development of talent, ensuring that all team members receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining compliance with company policies, managing store operations efficiently, and achieving outstanding sales performance. This includes controlling expenses, managing payroll, and ensuring the store is clean and well-represented. You will work a flexible schedule that includes both opening and closing shifts, with hours increasing during peak selling periods.
