Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will oversee a team that includes an Assistant Store Manager, Jewelry Consultants, Sales Support, and Inventory Control staff. You will ensure that every customer receives a best-in-class experience through personal selling, leadership, and coaching. In this position, you will communicate performance expectations to your team, ensuring they understand how their contributions impact the overall success of the company. You will coach and develop your staff to maintain the brand's image and ensure consistent representation in customer interactions. Your responsibilities will also include executing corporate initiatives and plans, monitoring sales projections, and developing strategies to maximize sales potential. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, inspiring your team to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers exceptional customer service through training and clear communication. You will empower your team to resolve customer issues and follow up on customer requests. Your role will also involve critical thinking to identify operational successes and areas for improvement, as well as coaching your staff to address any issues. You will maintain open communication with your team, encouraging participation and idea sharing, and ensuring that all team members feel valued and respected. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, achieving outstanding sales performance, and managing store operations effectively, including scheduling and staffing. You will work a typical five-day, 40-hour work week during non-peak hours, with hours increasing during peak selling periods.
