A Store Manager in Training will learn to perform the duties of a Store Manager, while training at a variety of our locations (Travel is required for this role). The Store Manager is responsible for the day to day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and Assistant Manager, if applicable. The Store Manager is responsible for the store profits, and all controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, cash and inventory shortages. A Store Manager in Training will work closely with various members of our Store and Field Teams to learn how to perform the following:
