The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role at CVS Health is a development-focused position designed to prepare individuals for a CVS Store Manager role. Promotion to a Store Manager position is dependent on factors such as performance and availability of openings, and is not guaranteed. The role requires willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager at any location in the designated market and the ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within that market. The work schedule may vary based on business needs.
