About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes , the Store Manager in Training keeps the day to day atmosphere upbeat and the sweets coming. Every day is delicious and satisfying. The Manager Trainee will learn and master all positions in the bakery including, but not limited to: frosting, baking, guest service, events, marketing, and crafting. The Manager Trainee will work in both the Amherst and Orchard Park bakeries during their training to learn best practices from both teams. After mastering the business the SMIT will be eliglible for promotion to a salaried store manager of the Orchard Park bakery. Prior management experience is required. Prior experience in food service or bakeries preferred. Open availability is required, work week of 40-45 hours per week. Availability during the weeks of a holiday is required. Apply now.
