About The Position

The Store Manager will assist with various management responsibilities, which include the training and development of employees, as well as overseeing store operations. This role involves scheduling employees for their shifts and resolving any store issues, including addressing customer concerns. The Store Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all required regulations and requirements, assisting with audits, and ensuring proper placement and stocking of merchandise. Additionally, the Store Manager will oversee hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely guest transactions. Monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendor management, car wash operations, and retail waste management is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
