We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Store Manager in Training to join our team! Candidates will participate in Monro's 5-week Store Manager Training and Onboarding Program. The onboarding and training program will help you to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service, implement company policies, procedures, and best practices, lead and motivate store teammates, including training, scheduling, and drive productivity, contribute to inventory management, including inventory control, proper ordering, receiving, and loss prevention, assist in meeting sales targets and implementing promotional strategies, ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently, support cash management procedures and accurate financial reporting, participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance management skills, drive store success by fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture, leverage data and insights to implement innovative strategies that boost sales and enhance the guest experience, and be a role model of operational excellence, ensuring the store runs smoothly and meets all company standards.
