About The Position

The Store Manager I at TD Bank is responsible for developing and leading a store portfolio to enhance growth and profitability in the Consumer Business. The Store Manager will coach and motivate the store team, deepen customer relationships, and ensure that the store meets its performance metrics and operational standards.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail, customer service, or financial services.
• 1+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong business development skills and ability to implement strategies.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the growth and profitability of the store portfolio.
• Manage a small-sized store and team, focusing on employee performance and development.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues and internal concerns.
• Originate loan applications and conduct loan closings, maintaining NMLS registration.
• Promote the bank's presence in the community through various initiatives and partnerships.
• Create store-specific strategies to grow the business and manage the store budget.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teammates to enhance customer experience and achieve performance targets.
