About The Position
The Store Manager, under the direction and guidance of the Resident Experience Manager, is responsible for daily operation of the Landing Store including, but not limited to, maintaining excellent customer service and vendor relationships, cash control, inventory control, creating and dismantling displays, and maintaining a clean, friendly, and pleasant environment. The Store Manager also supervises Store Clerks during the time they are working in the Store. The Store Manager presents a positive image of Williamsburg Landing and maintains effective relationships with residents, management, and staff. The Landing General Store, located in the Landing Building, operates Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, closed Sundays. Part-time schedule may vary within those operating hours (30-35/hrs. a week). Pay rate starts at $18.00/hour and is commensurate with experience.
