About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a motivated Store Leader to establish and lead a new store, playing a crucial role in the success of the Retail business. This position involves building and managing a team of service-oriented Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial targets. The Store Leader will also participate in company leadership training and collaborate with peers at the annual Store Leader Summit.
