About The Position

The Store Manager at HUGO BOSS Outlet is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and managing store operations. This role involves training and developing staff, ensuring adherence to operational strategies, and fostering a positive brand image in the marketplace. The Store Manager will also engage with the community and maintain high standards of health and safety within the store.

Requirements

• 4 year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
• Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and drive business with the merchant group.
• Achieve positive results in top line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling and building a client base.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed.
• Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement and PR events.
• Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining staff.
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
• Evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
• Exhibit exceptional leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire the team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and empower staff to achieve high standards in this area.
