About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a motivated Store Leader to play a crucial role in establishing the foundation for its expanding Retail business. This position involves leading a team of service-oriented Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to execute processes and create exceptional customer experiences. The Store Leader will be responsible for guiding the team towards achieving personal performance goals and meeting the company's financial targets, while also participating in collaborative opportunities such as the annual Store Leader Summit.
