About The Position

The Store Manager at Pacsun is responsible for leading a customer-focused and sales-driven store environment. This role involves overseeing all aspects of store operations, including in-store presentation, team management, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager is expected to coach and motivate the team while driving sales and maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and leads a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment.
• Owns all aspects of in-store presentation and operational functions.
• Coaches the Management and Associate teams to align with company strategies and goals.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and replenished store and stockroom.
• Anticipates customer needs and ensures satisfaction.
• Drives and executes digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Communicates store and customer feedback to the District or Market Manager.
• Creates shortage action plans to minimize loss and achieve shrinkage goals.
• Reflects the PacSun brand by demonstrating passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
