About The Position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. You will oversee all store operations, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Additionally, you will ensure safety and security rules are followed and that the store is always visually appealing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
