  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team.
  • Foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top performance.
  • Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract new customers.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as required.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership strongly preferred.
  • Ability to move to different locations within the company's network based on operational needs and career growth.
