At Academy Sports + Outdoors, the Logistics Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of operational excellence for the entire store, with a specific focus on supervising and managing team members in store Logistics, including Merchandising, Logistics, and Receiving. This leadership position directs and coordinates activities through subordinate team leads and other employees, driving the overall performance of the store and store Logistics through effective supervision, communication, and coordination. The role leads the team and drives goals that directly impact customer satisfaction, store profitability, and Academy’s Purpose.
