Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A positive attitude is essential in all areas.
- Previous leadership experience, with a proven track record in the people process, writing schedules, and placing orders.
- Strong business acumen.
- Basic understanding of the English language, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communications.
- Basic math skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management and execution of all department expectations.
- Holding associates accountable to expectations and company policies.
- Upholding merchandising standards and operational procedures.
