About the position

BeMobile Verizon is expanding with new locations in Fredericksburg - Gateway, VA! Our purpose is to grow as a team while connecting our communities. We are seeking a professional, motivated, and result-oriented Store Leader with a 'close the deal' mentality to join our growing team. Start your career with BeMobile making $65,000 - $75,000+ (salary plus commissions) a year. As a Store Leader with BeMobile you will lead, coach, and motivate your sales team. You will be an active member of the community you serve, network with other businesses, and build rapport with potential and current customers. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Be an active member of the community and network with other businesses.
• Build rapport with potential and current customers.
• Execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure consistency in the store.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Strong leadership skills for team and relationship building.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Reliability and consistency in roles and responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-2 years of retail management experience or relevant experience.
