About The Position

General Manager – Drive Results. Build Your Business. The Milk Shake Factory is a family-owned, high-growth dessert brand with 10 locations in the Pittsburgh area—and expanding coast to coast. We’re not looking for caretakers. We’re looking for General Managers who know how to drive sales, lead from the front, and own their results. If you take pride in building a business, mentoring a strong team, and being known in your community—you’ll fit right in.
