Requirements

Some management experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous retail experience.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Lead the Customer First Culture in the assigned store
Conduct weekly management team meetings/monthly store meetings and encourage on-going open communication, feedback, and follow-up
Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained management team members and sales associates
Create the work schedule according to operating hours to make sure the store is staffed sufficiently
Comply with Minuteman programs, policies, and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve profitable store goals
Observe and evaluate each employee's job performance against goals
Capable of performing the required reports with an understanding of the price book
Connect with the community to establish positive relationships, development, and store success
Maintain cigarette counts
Secure lottery tickets per company policy and perform daily audits on the tickets
Administer corrective action plans/conference reports(write-ups)
Assume responsibility for assignments as needed
