A Store Leader is responsible for leading with the best customer service skills, recruiting, hiring, and educating team members, pulling, and analyzing reports, merchandising and inventory control. Store Leads also inspire and motivate the team to provide the best in customer service, complete tasks as assigned and encourage suggestive selling to meet goals and timelines. In addition, they also maintain equipment, troubleshoot transaction issues, as well as inspecting task completion of team members. Store Leaders also promote and lead a culture of financial accountability and honesty.
Requirements
- 2 years shift lead experience: store management experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work a 45-hour work week minimum with additional hours required occasionally based on business need.
- Ability to multi-task and have a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
