The Store Leader is responsible for making daily assessments of the store's ability to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including training and developing effective store associates to achieve desired sales and profit results. The Store Leader is expected to coach and develop all store associates through both formal and informal interactions and to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
