Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example with outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members.
- Analyze reports, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage merchandising, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot transaction issues and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service.
- Promote a culture of accountability, honesty, and financial responsibility.
