The company is looking for individuals with previous supervisory experience who enjoy working as part of a management team for the Store Leader Trainee role. 7-Eleven, as the founder of the world's first convenience store, prioritizes providing the most convenient experience possible, consistently meeting customer needs. This ethos drives its expansion into operating Speedway®, Stripes®, Laredo Taco Company®, and Raise the Roost® Chicken and Biscuits, along with proprietary products and services like 7NOW®, 7Rewards®, Speedy Rewards®, and 7‑Eleven Fleet™ across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel)
  • A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • At least one year of retail management experience (if no High School diploma or GED)

  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of our rewards loyalty program
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
