As a Store Leader, you will be a key driver of our growth and success. Starting Pay: $24.75 per hour + uncapped commission + profit sharing Average monthly incentive potential: $915, with unlimited earning potential! As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for: Leading your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit. Coaching and motivating your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Ensuring a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same. Maintaining store operations, including inventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion’s values.   • Guide your team in delivering excellent service, solving problems, and offering tailored tech solutions.
  • Lead by example to address customer issues and help your team work through challenges.
  • Oversee repair quality, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for customers and employees.
  • Support all roles in the store, from device repair to customer service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
