The Store Lead functions as support to our store teams for the front and back of house operations and to help operations flow smoothly. They are tasked with helping their Cafe or Shop Manager with completing administrative tasks and helping to drive a positive team member experience. The Store Lead is responsible for inputting daily recaps into their store log and for keeping store management abreast of any issues involving team dynamics and employee relations issues for the manager to resolve.
