About The Position

This position offers part-time opportunities with a schedule from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM in Roxboro, NC. You will be compensated at a rate of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission, with an average earning potential of $20 - $30/hour with commission. Weekly pay is provided via direct deposit, and paid training is available, requiring no prior HVAC experience.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift.
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors.
