About The Position
We're seeking a Store IT Administrator to manage in-store IT operations at our San Jose, CA locations. This individual will play a vital role in supporting daily store IT infrastructure and assisting store staff with technology-related issues.
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred
- Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Korean Bilingual Required
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs, POS systems, printers, etc.)
- Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure
- Provide daily IT support to store employees
- Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters
