About The Position

The associate is responsible for overseeing vendors bringing merchandise in and out of the store, receiving, checking, counting, and recording all incoming merchandise, and similarly checking and recording all outgoing merchandise to be returned to vendors. The associate promotes excellent customer relations, ensuring that customers are greeted and their concerns are resolved promptly. Continuous improvement in all areas of the department is emphasized, along with ensuring product quality and compliance with company guidelines.
