EVEREVE is seeking a retail management intern who possesses high levels of curiosity to learn about the EVEREVE brand. Interns will learn EVEREVE's mission and culture, act as ambassador of our core values and be introduced to all aspects of the retail store operation.

Requirements

• Active college student working toward a degree in Retail Management, Merchandising, Business, or related field (graduating in 2025 or 2026)
• Coachable with a desire to learn store and leadership skills
• Tenacity, grit, and a can-do attitude
• Embraces a growth mindset, open to learning and developing
• Strong relationship skills; ability to develop authentic connections
• Team player who works well in a group dynamic

Responsibilities

• Learn EVEREVE's mission and culture
• Act as an ambassador of core values
• Participate in daily operational tasks
• Engage in store/styling floor leadership
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring/onboarding
• Receive HEART Stylist Training
• Oversee Trendsend, Style Socials, and Inventory Specialist Team
