  • Greets all customers promptly and provides courteous service adhering to all Best In Class standards.
  • Ensures that store appearance reflects company expectations and standards.
  • Ensures that the store is open and ready for business during all hours.
  • Handles all customer conflicts by using our method of MAKE IT RIGHT.
  • Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Follows all federal, state and local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store.
  • Operates shift within company guidelines and policies.
  • Completes a shift checklist according to company policy.
  • Rings all sales on the sales register, with no exception.
  • Accurately records all voids, refunds and price overrides.
  • Advises Store Manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance.
  • Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Ensures a safe shopping and working environment.
  • Keeps coolers, drink boxes, store shelves, and displays fully stocked and fronted at all times.
  • Cleans windows, floors, shelving, counters, gas pumps and parking lot to ensure they remain clean at all times.
  • Promotes the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers.
  • Must be committed to the company's Vision/Mission Statement (T.H.A.N.K.S).
  • Ability to treat all co-workers and customers with dignity and respect.
  • Must comply with the Company Responsible Retailing policy.
  • Ability to follow company policies regarding cash handling and security.
  • Experience in customer service or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with cash register operations.
