About The Position

Town Pump is looking for a motivated and outgoing Store Grocery Merchandiser to join our team. Town Pump is a growing company, with ever increasing opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Correct and maintain all product pricing, daily if necessary; including downloading of price changes Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, product tag numbers updated, track updated and discontinued items.
• Keep your store clean and attractive with amply quality merchandise available.
• Maintain accurate pricing on inventory, including price changes and markups and downs.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors and check-in vendor products, returning guaranteed items weekly.
• Cross-reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining backstock at a minimal level.
• Keep products stocked as well as rotated and fresh by monitoring expiration dates.
• Build creative merchandise displays and set merchandise to schematic with aid from vendors.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage.
• Perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.
