The role of the Greeter is to provide excellent customer service to customers of the store. The Greeter will open doors, greet customers, give customers AFW flyers, assist customers with any questions they may have, and exceed expectations. The Greeter will also verify merchandise to match customer receipts and report any customer issues or suspicious activity to the AFW management team.
