The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair issues for stores in assigned states. This role involves responding to and managing building emergencies such as fires, floods, power outages, weather-related hazards, liquid spills, plumbing issues, or incident clean-up. The coordinator will assist department managers with daily facility changes or needs as requested and handle routine inquiries on basic facility needs, fielding phone calls and emails for maintenance requests. Additionally, the coordinator will prioritize requests and maintain an accurate database of call history information for stores within assigned states using internal Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Building relationships with vendors to ensure the best pricing and service to the stores is also a key responsibility.
