Your role will involve coaching and motivating a team of brand advocates who will provide a "wow" factor level of customer experience. You will drive store profitability by upholding operational and visual merchandising standards while protecting company assets. In this position, you will support driving store sales and achieving sales goals while monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for driving excellence in customer service by modeling brand service standards and responding to customer feedback and concerns immediately. Your leadership will cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring that the store team engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience. You will also represent the store as an active brand ambassador within the community and support the execution of store marketing events. As a coach, you will ensure that the store team is educated on product knowledge and operations, providing timely training, coaching, and feedback to enable team success and growth. You will help manage stockroom inventory and supply levels, execute inventory receiving and replenishment processes, and maintain store visual merchandising standards. Additionally, you will support the development of a high-performing team, identify performance issues, and ensure compliance with all talent policies and procedures. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with loss prevention, safety, and security policies, addressing any customer or employee injuries, and modeling professional conduct that respects the background and experience of others.
